The solid state high frequency welder integrated type consists of 5 parts: SCR all-wave rectifier, IGBT high frequency inverter +PWM voltage regulator, high frequency transformer, FRED quick recovery diode module high frequency rectifier, E-bridge inverter output.The rectifier +PWM AC voltage regulation is completed by one circuit board.PWM control unit board is embedded on the main board. Main functions of the unit board are completed by the single-chip computer +PWM control system. Voltage adjustment and feedback control are completed by combining with the double closed loop PI regulator of the main board.Alarm control by digital circuit as the control core combined with hardware fast response makes the protection action sensitive.
The solid-state high frequency welder integrated type adopts the full-wave rectification IGBT inverter regulation mode, and does not need the phase shift angle adjustment of SCR.Therefore, it has the advantages of high power factor and good power saving effect also reducing the cross section area of inputting cable.

Advantage comparison of integrated power supply and split SCR power supply:
With IGBT inverter power regulation, the control speed is more than 40 times faster than the SCR system, which can provide ideal precision heat control and extremely fast fault protection action, making the equipment more secure and reliable.
✦ Compare with SCR phase shifting control of 3-phase rectifier circuit, it has the following advantages
①When works in full range, the power factor is high, harmonic is small, and small harmonic interference to the grid .
②It has low reactive power loss and high power conversion efficiency, compared with the conventional solid-state high frequency energy saving of 15%.
③As SCR voltage regulating system needs separate layout, rectifier cabinet + transformer + inverter cabinet, for the big distance of each machines than the all in one integrated welder,also the line loss between the equipment is also a factor affecting energy consumption.
④ IGBT has the ability to turn itself off,when failure, power supply has better protection can be cut off in a very short time to avoid damage of inverter device.
⑤The input voltage range is wide and the output precision is high.
