      Equipment configuration.
      In the field of frequency greater than 1MHz or other low-cost applications, the high-frequency power supply of electronic tubes still has an irreplaceable position and a wide range of applications. The high-frequency power supply of the electronic tube adopts an AC-DC-AC frequency conversion structure. Through the cooperation of three-phase AC voltage regulating circuit, step-up transformer, and high-voltage rectifier silicon stack (6-pulse or 12-pulse), the power frequency AC voltage is converted into a voltage-adjustable high-voltage DC voltage; the oscillation circuit adopts high-frequency high-power The electronic tube produces self-excited oscillation; the resonant tank circuit can adopt the form of single-circuit or 3-circuit resonance.
      The complete set of equipment consists of AC voltage regulating cabinet, step-up transformer, electronic tube oscillation cabinet + tank circuit cabinet, circulating soft water cooling system, operating table, adjustment mechanism and other parts.
