As a on line cut off machine, milling type flying cut off enables cutting of the products to present length in a tight tolerance and a marvelous end face , providing a near burr-free and low noise cut with two cold saw moving in a two axis controlled profile tool path . The cold saw is operated by TCT blades .It can easily handle medium and large products-Round, Square and Rectangular tubes with heavy wall thickness and high grade steel.

The milling type cut off saw is controlled by NC control system to realize a high precision and reliable on line cut off cycle in a dynamic operation sequence - fast catching up , synchronous moving , clamping, cutting off and then quickly returning to standing by position.

Feature & Advantage:
Cutting form: cold milling saw is used to cut the pipe, the heat generated in the process is less, avoid the internal stress and material structure of the incision. At the same time, the pressure of the saw blade on the steel pipe is very small, and will not cause deformation of the pipe wall and pipe section.
Cutting quality: the optimized cutting feed curve is used to allocate the cutting area reasonably, so that the inner and outer pipes of the cutting incision have no burrs, and the cutting section is smooth and clean. No need for subsequent processing such as chamfering, saving technology and raw materials.
Tube surface quality: special clamping device to ensure no scratches on welded tube surface.
Length precision: adopt Siemens servo motor, length precision 2mm.
Equipment wear: low blade loss, low cost.
Production speed: fast saw blade line speed, high feed speed, double saw blade cutting at the same time, short cutting time, can match the line speed of rolling pipeproduction line.
Progress: Saw driver and milling cutter feed driver all adopt Siemens servo motor and control system, the feed system uses imported linear guide rail, centralized lubrication, CNC control module,optimization software to achieve automatic cutting. Touch screen operation, input tube size, software automatically calculate cutting conditions, saw blade speed, cutting feed to get the best cutting mode, while the operator can modify and optimize in the system adjustment interface.
Operation and maintenance: It is easy to enter setting parameters on the touch screen, and the screen will display device operation and data. No maintenance is performed except for normal lubrication and cleaning.
Safety: the saw blade rotates at low speed, can not brake, does not damage the operator and equipment.
Spare parts supply: use international standard spare parts, convenient for customers to buy locally.
Environmental protection: noise below 80 dB,cooling water and lubrication recovery.
