Feature & Advantage:
1) Water blowing mechanism: used to clean the sundries in the pipe to be tested. It consists of a mouthpiece and a valve.
2) Water inlet mechanism: flush the water into the pipe. It consists of water inlet valve, head, fixed frame and so on. The head can be fed relative to the frame under the action of hydraulic pressure, and the equipment can complete the pressure test of one steel tube each time.
3) exhaust mechanism: located at the other end of the welded pipe, play the role of exhaust and sealing. It is mainly composed of exhaust valve, head and movable frame. The head can be fed relative to the frame under the action of hydraulic pressure. The movable frame can move 3 meters. The fixed frame and the movable frame are connected by a pull beam.
4) Clamping mechanism: used to position and clamp the welded pipe under pressure test to avoid bending deformation. The clamping mode is up and down, driven by the cylinder, with 2 clamps for 3.5m welded pipes and 3 clamps for 7m welded pipes.
5) transverse moving mechanism: used for transverse moving welded pipe, pneumatic rod type.
6) Pressurization adopts hydraulic pressurization cylinder.
7) Hydraulic system: consists of hydraulic station and hydraulic control valve group.
8) Through PLC control, realize automatic work. Equipped with computer to complete the work state display, welding pipe information, pressure curve storage.
